Dear Member of Espoo Riders Association
You are warmly invited to the Espoo Riders Association's statutory spring meeting. The meeting will address the spring meeting matters required by the association's rules and decide on other issues that may arise
Opening of the meeting
1. We will select a chairperson for the meeting, a secretary, two record reviewers, and if necessary, two vote counters.
2. Confirm that the meeting is legally convened and has a quorum
3. Handle announcements
4. The board's annual report and financial statements are presented
5. Elect the club's auditor and deputy audito
6. Addressing other matters proposed by the board and those submitted in writing to the board by association members no later than the end of January
