The Board has decided to convene an extraordinary association meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to reform the association's operations.
The meeting will address the following issues:
1) Election of a chairman, secretary, and two scrutineers, and if necessary, two vote counters,
2) Verification of the legality and quorum of the meeting
3) Background information on the reform of the association's operations
4) Decision on operational changes
5) Other matters
